Required Skills and Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in ICT
  • Experience in developing websites and/or web applications

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • To have implemented at least one project
  • Knowledge in MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of .Net work platform
  • Knowledge and experience in Banking and ERP Systems will be considered as advantage

  • Driving License

Customer Support Manager

ASPEKT has open position for Manager on the sector of Customer Support and continuous improvement of Business Processes of software solutions.

Required Skills and Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering & Information Technologies or Computer Science or equivalent education in this filed.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in the field of software development for financial institutions (banks , leasing, insurance) with knowledge of back-end ERP system (finance and accounting).
  • Work experience with functionalities of modern ERP systems as Microsoft Navision or SAP, (dimensions , IFRS and IAS) will be considered as advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of relational database management system (RDBMS), Stored Procedures.
  • Work experience with Microsoft SQL Server will be considered as advantage.
  • Work knowledge of one of the reporting systems (Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services or any similar tool) will be considered as advantage.
  • Work knowledge of Version Control System  (Svn, Tfs, Source Safe) will be considered as advantage.
  • Essential  knowledge of English language and great communication skills is required.
  • Good knowledge of Serbo-Croatian will be considered as advantage.

For part of the requirements  in the evaluation period will be concluded examinations.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for working according to agreements for maintenance and support of ASPEKT projects and software systems, and all that is contained in the range of the agreement.
  • Responsible for up to date and quality support for all clients of ASPEKT and keeping client satisfaction of the service on highest level.
  • Responsible for support team, part of the support sector, work obligations of the team for successful resolving  of tasks, to be involved in their continuous education and training from business and technical perspective.
  • Responsible for keeping up to date client software versions and versions in development phase of ASPEKT projects, also keeping up to date project documentation.
  • Responsible for determining repetitive client requests and tasks, proposing solutions for redundant client requests and also solutions for improvement of client inter-sectors processes and business processes.
  • Responsible for expansion and alteration of client software and responding on specific client requests.
  • Responsible for accuracy of the process of transferring knowledge, information and the complete communication between implementation, support and development team.
