Interns entering the Aspekt internship program get the opportunity to undertake actual work by participating in project teams where they are assigned genuine jobs and responsibilities.
Every intern is assigned a mentor who is responsible for guiding and monitoring the intern’s development as well as providing advice and recommendations for improvement.

About the Roles

What You Will Do
- Develop and improve financial and banking software products
- Work closely with product, business, and implementation teams
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Write clean, secure, and well-structured code
- Support existing systems and take part in new module development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in software development (based on level)
- Strong understanding of banking processes / financial operations
- Knowledge of one or more languages: C#
- Experience with SQL databases
- Basic English is fine — professional English is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills
- Bonus: Experience integrating with local government external services or payment providers will be considered a strong advantage

About the Role
Due to the increased workload, Aspekt extends its team and encourages motivated and talented professionals to submit their applications for Business Analysts (Mid & Senior) positions for our office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. As a Business Analyst at Aspekt, you will support the connection between our clients and technical teams, helping to ensure our software solutions meet client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing banking processes within the local Kyrgyzstani banking sector (loans, deposits, cards, treasury, AML, etc.)
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows and use cases for core banking modules
- Ensure development teams understand the business impact of features
- Clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure alignment
- Ensure requirements comply with banking regulations (KYC/AML, reporting standards, credit risk rules, local payments clearing, etc.)
- Gather and analyze business requirements directly from clients
- Analyze customer business processes and workflows
- Align client processes with the Aspekt Product Suite
- Collaborate with Implementation & Development teams
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities
- Conduct user trainings and workshops
- Prepare and update user documentation
- Report progress, risks, and project status to management
Experience Requirements by Level:
Strong banking experience is mandatory for all levels.
Understanding of banking workflows, credit processes, finance, local clearing, local banking rules, and related operations is essential.
Required Education
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
Mid-Level Business Analyst
- 2–5 years in business analysis, finance/IT consulting, or system implementation
- Solid banking knowledge
- Experience with workshops, documentation, and system adaptation
- Ability to work independently with clients
Senior Business Analyst
- 5+ years in business analysis within banking, finance, or IT
- Deep understanding of financial products and workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and improving processes
Language Requirements
- English language
- Russian/Kyrgyz
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Logical and critical thinking
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- Documentation preparation (functional specs, manuals, diagrams)
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Understanding of scope management, testing, and requirement validation
Soft Skills
- Clear communication and good listening
- Strong client relationship-building
- Problem-solving and proactive thinking
- Teamwork and responsibility
- Time management and organizational discipline
- Willingness to learn and adapt
