About the Role
As a Junior SQL Developer, you’ll support Aspekt’s development team and contribute to the systems powering modern financial technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in database development and maintenance
- Write, test, and optimize SQL queries
- Support reporting and data analysis activities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation and release notes
- Learn and grow through mentorship and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Ability to write basic SQL queries and understand database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to work with new technologies and enterprise systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Languages

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key part in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities. You’ll support project managers, assist with documentation, track progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication with both internal teams and clients. Your contribution will help deliver high-quality software implementations that empower financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects within agreed cost, timeframe, quality standards, and scope, following the Company’s Implementation Methodology;
- Support project life cycle activities from initiation to project closing;
- Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project;
- Address stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns during the planning and execution phases;
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Assist in managing stakeholders toward meeting project objectives when delivering the final product or service;
- Balance project constraints, including time, cost, scope, quality, resources, and risk;
- Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met;
- Track, manage, and report on project progress in regard to deliverables, timeframes, quality, and risks to all stakeholders (internal and external);
- Prepare project documentation and plans, including training plans, go-live plans, acceptance protocols, requirement analyses plans, and process flows;
- Report on project status, success criteria results, and assist with requirement analyses planning and deployment activities;
- Communicate effectively with the Customer’s personnel, providing updates throughout the project lifecycle;
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and lead the project management team meetings;
- Manage implementation of approved Change Requests;
- Help prioritize tasks and responsibilities within the team to align with business goals;
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations for diverse audiences, including project and client teams;
- Identify and forecast potential project risks; propose mitigation scenarios and maintain a structured Risk Register;
- Assist in decision-making processes to address escalations and mitigate risks;
- Support evaluation of project performance, efficiency, and effectiveness;
- Proactively support members of the project from both internal teams and external representatives;
- Share proactive ideas for Project implementation improvement and preparing any follow-on action recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles in IT, software, business process, or systems implementation projects;
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies;
- Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting all phases of the project lifecycle;
- Proven experience with project planning, reporting, and risk tracking;
- Familiarity with client-facing roles and external stakeholder support;
- MS Office (Especially advanced Excel skills, Visio, and MS Project Professional);
- Strong command of English (verbal and written);
- Experience with enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects is a plus.
