If you’re a young undergraduate or graduate and want to start your career path even during your educational process, then you should join us through our internship program.
Interns entering the Aspekt internship program get the opportunity to undertake actual work by participating in project teams where they are assigned genuine jobs and responsibilities.
Every intern is assigned a mentor who is responsible for guiding and monitoring the intern’s development as well as providing advice and recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze business needs, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection;
- Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows;
- Align client processes with Aspekt’s Product Suite, working closely with implementation and development teams;
- Conduct thorough product and market research to improve existing solutions and develop innovative new products;
- Lead client workshops, hold user training sessions, and support system testing to ensure quality delivery;
- Monitor project milestones and report progress, resolving issues to keep projects on track;
- Actively contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives;
- Provide mentorship to new team members and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
Required Skills and Requirements:
We’re looking for a driven and analytical professional with a passion for excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive knowledge of banking, finance, or leasing business processes;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to transform complex business needs into clear software requirements;
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and align diverse stakeholder interests;
- Experience in project and team management, with skills in risk and change management;
- A solid understanding of IT fundamentals and proficiency in MS Office and tools like Visio;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Availability to travel abroad for work;
- A curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.

BUSINESS SOLUTION CONSULTANT – PRESALES CONSULTANT

- Partner with Sales to deliver dynamic presentations, demos, and business case developments;

- Respond to RFPs with well-crafted and timely answers;

- Collaborate with Marketing on pricing strategies and competitive positioning;
- Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team;

- Prepare project charters to ensure seamless handovers post-sale.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or product consultancy within banking, finance, or IT solutions;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio);
- Strong business analysis and strategic thinking;
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills;
- Global mindset with adaptability to diverse cultures;
