About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving Aspekt’s growth in Albania by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building relationships that generate sales leads. You will be responsible for researching prospects, initiating communication, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about developing a career in sales and business growth within the IT and financial software industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through online tools, market analysis, and networking events;
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to create new sales opportunities;
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with Aspekt’s software solutions;
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools;
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns and lead quality;
- Schedule and assist in introductory meetings between prospects and the sales team;
- Regularly report on key performance metrics (leads generated, conversions, etc.);
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities;
- Represent Aspekt at local industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build visibility and connections.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in the IT or B2B sector);
- Experience working in or with the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working toward sales targets;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
- Fluency in English and Albanian, both written and spoken (other languages are plus);
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

About the Role
As a SysOps Engineer, you will manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, scalability, and security. The role involves leading deployments, mentoring junior engineers, and aligning internal IT processes with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable environments, optimize system performance, and continuously evolve Aspekt’s IT ecosystem to support our international client base.
Responsibilities:
Internal Infrastructure:
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP configurations;
- Administer virtualized environments (VMware ESXi/vCenter) and storage systems (Synology, TrueNAS);
- Oversee network operations (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, routing);
- Execute and monitor backups (VEEAM, SQL backup plans);
- Maintain VOIP PBX, SSL/TLS certificates, and CRL updates;
- Perform advanced SQL Server administration (optimization, jobs, indexing);
- Automate deployments for internal and test environments;
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational standards.
Client-Side Infrastructure:
- Lead infrastructure design and sizing discussions with clients;
- Deploy APSv4 solutions at database and application levels;
- Implement client-side backups, log shipping, and monitoring;
- Manage secure client VPNs and access policies;
- Support infrastructure-related RFP responses and client meetings.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure ISO 9001/27001 alignment for IT processes;
- Standardize operational procedures and documentation;
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure;
- Proven experience managing Windows Server and virtualized environments;
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy;
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter and storage systems (Synology, TrueNAS);
- Expertise in SQL Server optimization, backup, and automation;
- Experience with VEEAM backup and recovery systems;
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana);
- Basic knowledge of Ansible or DSC, nice to have;

About the Role
As a Junior SysOps Engineer, you will assist in maintaining, configuring, and supporting our internal IT infrastructure and client environments. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience in system administration, virtualization, networking, and IT operations, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across all environments.
Responsibilities:
Internal Infrastructure:
- Install and configure Windows Server and core services (DNS, DHCP, AD, IIS);
- Support and monitor virtual environments (VMware ESXi, vCenter);
- Assist in managing network infrastructure (switches, Wi-Fi, VPN setup);
- Set up and migrate user laptops, VPN profiles, and local files;
- Provide user support for email, internet, and connectivity issues (AnyDesk);
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory;
- Perform basic SQL Server maintenance (backups, user management);
- Support VOIP PBX systems and SSL certificate renewals;
- Maintain and document IT procedures and manuals.
Client-Side Infrastructure:

Qualifications and Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT administration or support (internships or coursework a plus);

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key part in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities. You’ll support project managers, assist with documentation, track progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication with both internal teams and clients. Your contribution will help deliver high-quality software implementations that empower financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects within agreed cost, timeframe, quality standards, and scope, following the Company’s Implementation Methodology;
- Support project life cycle activities from initiation to project closing;
- Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project;
- Address stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns during the planning and execution phases;
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Assist in managing stakeholders toward meeting project objectives when delivering the final product or service;
- Balance project constraints, including time, cost, scope, quality, resources, and risk;
- Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met;
- Track, manage, and report on project progress in regard to deliverables, timeframes, quality, and risks to all stakeholders (internal and external);
- Prepare project documentation and plans, including training plans, go-live plans, acceptance protocols, requirement analyses plans, and process flows;
- Report on project status, success criteria results, and assist with requirement analyses planning and deployment activities;
- Communicate effectively with the Customer’s personnel, providing updates throughout the project lifecycle;
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and lead the project management team meetings;
- Manage implementation of approved Change Requests;
- Help prioritize tasks and responsibilities within the team to align with business goals;
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations for diverse audiences, including project and client teams;
- Identify and forecast potential project risks; propose mitigation scenarios and maintain a structured Risk Register;
- Assist in decision-making processes to address escalations and mitigate risks;
- Support evaluation of project performance, efficiency, and effectiveness;
- Proactively support members of the project from both internal teams and external representatives;
- Share proactive ideas for Project implementation improvement and preparing any follow-on action recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles in IT, software, business process, or systems implementation projects;
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies;
- Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting all phases of the project lifecycle;
- Proven experience with project planning, reporting, and risk tracking;
- Familiarity with client-facing roles and external stakeholder support;
- MS Office (Especially advanced Excel skills, Visio, and MS Project Professional);
- Strong command of English (verbal and written);
- Experience with enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects is a plus.
