Support Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication with clients regarding change requests and offers, follow-ups, and documentation tracking;
- Prepare and manage weekly reports and presentations on key activities for Support process;
- Handle client escalations, ensuring timely responses and internal coordination;
- Prepare monthly client reports on support activities, ensure client approvals, and support the invoicing process;
- Track API usage and communicate with clients on any overages;
- Support quarterly invoicing and reporting cycles;
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and documentation development.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, business operations, client coordination, or project support;
- Strong understanding of reporting processes, data analysis, and client communication;
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas);
- Strong PowerPoint skills for professional presentation creation;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proactive attitude with ownership mindset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
