About the Role
As a Junior Business Analyst at Aspekt, you will support the connection between our clients and technical teams, helping to ensure our software solutions meet client needs and expectations. Under the guidance of senior analysts, you’ll contribute to important projects, learn how to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and play a part in shaping the financial systems of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client business needs, helping ensure accurate data collection and requirement definition;
- Support the documentation and translation of business requirements into functional specifications and basic workflow diagrams;
- Collaborate with senior analysts and technical teams to align client processes with Aspekt’s Product Suite;
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and user training sessions, assisting in preparation and delivery;
- Help monitor project tasks and milestones, reporting progress to project leads and escalating issues when needed;
- Contribute to internal documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to support team learning;
- Shadow senior team members and gradually take on more responsibility as you gain experience.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- Basic (up to 2 years’ experience) understanding of banking, finance, or leasing business processes (coursework or internships are a plus);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to break down complex topics into clear insights;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members;
- Willingness to learn how to facilitate discussions and support stakeholder alignment;
- Interest in project work and a proactive attitude toward managing tasks and timelines;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Openness to occasional travel for training or client meetings;
- A curious mindset and eagerness to continuously develop professionally.
