Interns entering the Aspekt internship program get the opportunity to undertake actual work by participating in project teams where they are assigned genuine jobs and responsibilities.
Every intern is assigned a mentor who is responsible for guiding and monitoring the intern’s development as well as providing advice and recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze business needs, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection;
- Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows;
- Align client processes with Aspekt’s Product Suite, working closely with implementation and development teams;
- Conduct thorough product and market research to improve existing solutions and develop innovative new products;
- Lead client workshops, hold user training sessions, and support system testing to ensure quality delivery;
- Monitor project milestones and report progress, resolving issues to keep projects on track;
- Actively contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives;
- Provide mentorship to new team members and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of banking, finance, or leasing business processes;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to transform complex business needs into clear software requirements;
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and align diverse stakeholder interests;
- Experience in project and team management, with skills in risk and change management;
- A solid understanding of IT fundamentals and proficiency in MS Office and tools like Visio;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Availability to travel abroad for work;
- A curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.

About the Role
As a Tender / Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to compile essential documentation, manage timelines, and help deliver well-crafted, competitive tender submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Tender Management – Assess tender invitations, develop timelines, and ensure timely submission of proposals;
- Document Preparation – Ensure completeness and compliance of all necessary documents, including declarations and authorizations;
- Collaboration – Liaise with internal teams and clients for clarifications, post-submission discussions, and contract finalization;
- Cost Estimation – Collaborate with internal teams to calculate costs and pricing strategies;
- Compliance and Quality Assurance – Ensure all tenders meet the required legal, technical, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or related roles;
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail and compliance standards;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in English and the local language.
