Interns entering the Aspekt internship program get the opportunity to undertake actual work by participating in project teams where they are assigned genuine jobs and responsibilities.
Every intern is assigned a mentor who is responsible for guiding and monitoring the intern’s development as well as providing advice and recommendations for improvement.

About the Role
As a SQL Developer Intern, you will support the business by assisting with database development, SQL queries, and data accuracy, while collaborating with internal teams and gaining hands-on experience on real projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Support database development and maintenance
- Write and optimize SQL queries
- Assist with reporting and data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Document processes and database structures
- Collaborate with developers and business teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL is a plus
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Team-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate (Computer Science, IT, or similar)
- No prior experience required
- Good English skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with financial, banks or microfinance systems
- Basic understanding of banking concepts (loans, accounts, interest rates)
