Interns entering the Aspekt internship program get the opportunity to undertake actual work by participating in project teams where they are assigned genuine jobs and responsibilities.
Every intern is assigned a mentor who is responsible for guiding and monitoring the intern’s development as well as providing advice and recommendations for improvement.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
- Develops and execute sales and account plans for Company’s solutions and services in the South Eastern Europe Region (Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina);
- Cooperates with Marketing and lead gen in streamlining activities targeting leads and events management;
- Ensures the attainment of Company’s sales goals and profitability targets;
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market niches;
- Coordinates development and execution of action plans with pre-sales team, with focus on generating new business;
- Maintains a sustainable sales process from leads to closing with strong management of variances and initiating respective corrective actions;
- Manages win-win relationships with customers;
- Participate and attend marketing events such as conferences and other promotional events and venues that are part of the sales plan;
- Provides information and ensures timely forecasting and business intelligence in terms of market trends and competitive landscape;
- Reports to Head of Sales, and works in close cooperation with Company management;
- Sustains rapport with key accounts and partners to optimize Company’s best positioning and to achieve excellent after-sales support.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing;
- Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts at C-level;
- Leadership and motivation skills, business awareness and creative thinking;
- Business oriented, dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of clients;
- Strong sales & negotiation skills, team spirit, problem solving & analytical skills;
- Experience working in matrix organization;
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to work in a multinational environment;
- Analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions.
