Interns entering the Aspekt internship program get the opportunity to undertake actual work by participating in project teams where they are assigned genuine jobs and responsibilities.
Every intern is assigned a mentor who is responsible for guiding and monitoring the intern’s development as well as providing advice and recommendations for improvement.

BUSINESS SOLUTION CONSULTANT – PRESALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to deliver dynamic presentations, demos, and business case developments;
- Participate in discovery sessions to identify client’s unique business challenges and map them to Aspekt solutions;
- Respond to RFPs with well-crafted and timely answers;
- Represent Aspekt at industry events and conferences, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert;
- Conduct market research to identify trends and influence product development;
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Aspekt’s product functionality and ensure up-to-date documentation;
- Collaborate with Marketing on pricing strategies and competitive positioning;
- Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team;
- Streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies;
- Prepare project charters to ensure seamless handovers post-sale.
Required Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or product consultancy within banking, finance, or IT solutions;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio);
- Strong business analysis and strategic thinking;
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills;
- Global mindset with adaptability to diverse cultures;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Curiosity and continuous learning;
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships;
- Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally.
