The Microfinance Center (MFC) is organizing their 22nd Annual Conference, which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey on 30-31 May 2019 at the Titanic Downtown Beyoglu Hotel. The conference will have strong focus on digitalization in the financial inclusion sector through case studies, trend analysis and discussion of emerging best practice. It is expected that more than 500 participants across the globe will take part at this year’s conference, and Aspekt will have the opportunity to network and share experiences between all participants, to discuss the major sector trends, as well as the new technologies for improvement of MFI’s. Microfinance Center (MFC) is resource center that aims to promote the work of the microfinance sector with focus on CEE Countries and Asia. The organization has around 111 members dispersed across 36 countries and offices based in Poland, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Armenia. MFC organizes annual conferences that bring together microfinance network of over 450 high-ranking participants from 50 countries worldwide at each conference to discuss industry specific issues, roundtables to disseminate microfinance best practices between closer group of experienced microfinance practitioners and capacity building trainings to educate members on topics that include financial literacy, performance management and client protection.
