Modern, modular foundation enabling expanded capabilities, seamless integrations, and future-ready operations
Aspekt, a provider of modular core banking solutions, today announced the successful go-live of a new Core Banking System for FINCA Azerbaijan, replacing the institution’s legacy platform and establishing a modern foundation for streamlined operations, stronger control, and scalable growth.
The modernization program was delivered over 12 months and included implementation of Aspekt Product Suite as the core banking platform, together with additional modules and integrations aligned with FINCA Azerbaijan’s operational needs and digital roadmap.

Project Scope: Core Banking Modernization with Expanded Capabilities
The scope of work covered a full legacy system replacement and the rollout of expanded functionality across FINCA Azerbaijan’s core operations. Aspekt Product Suite was implemented to support end-to-end lending and application processing, credit scoring, cash management, and customer relationship management, including collections and legal workflows. The implementation also included collateral management and a strengthened finance foundation through general ledger and accounting capabilities, alongside supporting operational functions such as inventory, HR, payroll, purchasing and invoicing, fund management, and budget tracking.
To further support daily productivity and governance, the solution introduced capabilities for task and messaging workflows, dynamic reporting, and document compliance. The overall setup was designed to remain modular and integration-ready, enabling FINCA Azerbaijan to extend functionality as needed.
Integrations Supporting an Extended Financial Ecosystem
As part of the program, Aspekt worked with FINCA Azerbaijan to implement integrations supporting key services and external platforms including connections to ASAN services, credit bureau and scoring integration, card processing connectivity via MilliKart, SMS services through ATA Technologies, FINCA SCORE, and 3CX.
The solution is deployed on-premise and designed to provide a reliable operating backbone with structured workflows and extensibility through integrations.
