The successful project implementation of the Aspekt CRM Software for one of the biggest insurance companies in Macedonia, Eurolink Insurance A.D Skopje, will be presented by Aspekt in the category “Best solution in private sector” at the MASIT ICT Awards 2016. Aspekt will compete for the award together with other national ICT companies that have implemented innovative software solutions to end-users in Macedonia.
The MASIT ICT Awards are held every two years and are organized by ICT Chamber of Commerce-MASIT. The awards are dedicated to recognize the outstanding achievements in the field of ICT by Macedonian companies. The categories cover different range of solutions, including best solution for private sector, public sector, for digital possibilities, for sustainable growth and best mobile excellence solution. All entries have to present their nominated solutions at a public event organized by MASIT on 1st of June. The winners will be elected by panel of judges consisted from board members of the Council of ICT experts of MASIT. In order to win, the criteria requires nominees to elaborate and demonstrate measurable improvements and operational benefits that their clients gained through the use of the solution. MASIT as a member of WITSA (World Information Technology and Services Alliance), will nominate the first awarded solutions to the 2016 “Global ICT Excellence Awards”, which will be held on 4th of October in Brasilia, Brazil.
The Macedonian Chamber of Information and Communication Technologies-MASIT is a non-profit chamber of commerce that deals with issues of interest for the Macedonian ICT Industry. The chamber strives to influence the development and competitiveness of the Macedonian ICT companies by helping them improve IT skills through trainings and business cooperation within the sector. The official body that defines the statute of the chamber is the ICT Expert Council, consisted of academic professionals and industry experts who volunteer their knowledge, experience and expertise in the development of the ICT sector in Macedonia. MASIT organizes numerous networking opportunities where Macedonian technological practitioners gather to promote software and ICT service development accomplishments and through collaboration with other associations (ICT associations in the SEE region, World Information Technology and Services Alliance – WITSA, European Information Technology Observatory – EITO) and organizations (USAID and GTZ) facilitates initiatives that foster regional and international cooperation.
