I would like to thank the European IT & Software Excellence Awards for the opportunity and industry recognition. The microfinance industry is growing rapidly and we see major need for technological improvement mostly in process integration and operational automation that legacy systems don’t support, based on which we try to provide software solutions that enable our clients streamline daily operations and still maintain high individual efficiency while controlling the costs, demonstrated through this project implementation.”
John Garratt, Editor of IT Europa and head of judges’ panel stated that this year’s winner decision process had been particularly hard: “While in previous years the concentration was on cloud and SaaS solutions, this year the focus was on data management and analyses. The entries reflected the changes in the industry, and the ability of software developers and ISVs to respond and deliver results for their customers. The awards showed the success of the IT industry and the potential there is for encouraging future investments in this segment.”
